The 32 Greatest Unscripted Movie Scenes

Much to the dismay of screenwriters, movies scripts aren't always set in stone. They are often like living objects constantly evolving during the filming process. Some films, like Jaws and Annie Hall, don't even have a finished script when the cameras start to roll. Actors and actresses are regularly ad libbing, improvising or going off-script while reciting their lines. Sometimes the directors hate it - other times they love it. Occasionally the improved lines become immortalized as some of the most memorable in cinema history. Living in: The world’s most affordable cities

 Panama City, affordable cities

Moving overseas can seem like a costly proposition, at least with all the upfront expenses – but relocating to some cities can actually save you money in the long haul.
According to the March 2014 Worldwide Cost of Living Index, completed twice a year by the Economist Intelligence Unit, affordable cities can be found on almost every continent. The report compares prices of 160 goods and services, from cars to bread to wine, across 131 cities.
For reasons of geographical diversity – as well as to include cities whose international communities, career opportunities and levels of safety would particularly appeal to expats – we focused on what it would be like to live in five of the 10 cheapest cities on the Economist’s index. The other five, not detailed below, were Karachi, New Delhi, Damascus, Algiers and Riyadh.

Sleeping in a room with too much light has been linked to an increased risk of piling on the pounds, a study shows. A team at the Institute of Cancer Research in London found women had larger waistlines if their bedroom was "light enough to see across" at night.
However, they caution there is not enough evidence to advise people to buy thicker curtains or turn off lights.

Obama set to unveil new climate change guidelines

Smoke stacks at coal-fuelled power plant, Fernandina Beach, Florida, file

US President Barack Obama is to unveil new rules for coal-burning power plants aimed at dramatically cutting emissions that contribute to global warming.
The proposals reportedly seek to cut carbon pollution from nearly 1,600 power plants by 30% by 2030.
China and India are among the nations that have made similar commitments to stem global warming.
But critics argue the new US rules will cause power plants to close and electricity prices to rise.
"I intend to make sure America is out front in a global framework to preserve our planet," Mr Obama said in a speech last week.

Daily Mail reports that Okoroji spoke with the reporter in company of his associate, Joe, in a hotel room in Milan, Italy. He was recorded saying he could facilitate different outcomes on the football field, including a red card, depending on the amount the reporter was willing to pay. He was reported to have said that he was working with two other Nigerian players as well as a senior official of the Nigerian Football Federation in the match-fixing scam, who he said could help influence the Nigerian squad in the world cup. Continue...
In a bid to prove his credibility, Okoroji was said to have invited a Nigerian/Lazio footballer, Ogenyi Onazi (pictured right) to the hotel but Onazi is not thought to be involved in the plot.

Only last week, the National Crime Agency (NCA) began investigations into claims that the friendly match between Nigeria and Scotland was fixed. Investigations into that allegation is still going on according to an NCA official.
